Spare change to support Hearten House
The Spencerville Eastern Star has chosen Hearten House as the recipient of their “Spare Change Jar” at the DeKalb County Fair. When folks purchase delicious donuts at the corner of Main and 7th Street during the fair this year, they will be invited to add their change to the jar.

We survived One Night! We are thrilled to announce that $33,803.15 was donated to Hearten House through our One Night event!
‘One Night’ Raises More Than $35K
Hearten House, a local nonprofit, announced that its annual fundraiser ‘One Night’ held the evening of October 13th at The James Cultural Plaza in downtown Auburn, raised more than $33k. This event aimed to provide participants with a glimpse of what it feels like to be homeless and garnered remarkable support from the community.

AUBURN – A fundraising event is slated to take place in downtown Auburn, but this event will be without the normal fanfare of dinners and silent auctions. Hearten House, a local non-profit organization, is hosting its upcoming event, "One Night,” to highlight homelessness in the DeKalb County area.
